Actor and comedian Jan Hooks, who starred for several years on NBC's Saturday Night Live, has died, the network reports a representative as saying. She was 57.
Hooks, who was a cast member on the show from 1986 to 1991 and made regular cameo appearances in subsequent seasons, was renowned for her impressions of politicians and celebrities including Hillary Clinton, Nancy Reagan and Tammy Faye Bakker.
No other information on her death was immediately available.
