Police say a seven-day-old baby delivered by emergency C-section after her mother was struck by a car that crashed through the doors of a Costco store in southwestern Ontario has died.

Rhiannon Bozek had been listed in critical condition since being delivered immediately following the crash in London, Ont.

Her sister, six-year-old Addison Hall, died after a car reversed through the front doors of the Costco on July 25.

Her mother, Danah McKinnon-Bozek, who was eight-months pregnant, and her three-year-old-sister, Miah Bozek, were also hit.

McKinnon-Bozek and Miah remained in hospital as of Saturday morning.

McKinnon-Bozek was listed in good condition, while Miah was in fair condition.

The family decided to have Addison's organs donated, so the six-year-old was kept on life support until that could be completed. Four children received her organs.

Two other people suffered minor injuries in the crash, along with the driver of the car. They have since been released from hospital.

London police had no further update Saturday on the status of their investigation, and while charges remain a possibility, none have yet been filed.

Police had earlier said it could take weeks to determine whether charges would be laid.

The investigation is focusing on a number of possibilities including driver error, medical distress, mechanical error, or a vehicle malfunction.
