The mayor isreportedly there to appear on the Jimmy Kimmel show Monday night as well asattend the Academy Awards.

Images ofFord along with brother Randy meeting Kimmel pretty much confirmed the former,but that confirmation only made the possibility of Toronto's controversial mayorattending the Oscars seem all the more likely.

The news wasmet by shock, derision and a lot of sarcasm.
