There's a big police presence this morning in Winnipeg's Westwood area after officers responded to a call about the well-being of a baby.
About a dozen emergency vehicles, including those for police, ambulance and fire paramedic service crews, are in the area of Coleridge Park Drive.
Police tape surrounds one home, where officers were sent at about 8 a.m. CT.
According to neighbours, officers asked them to call police if they happen to see the parents of the child.
Police are searching the neighbourhood's riverbank and parks.
